The rooms are quiet and clean. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in the hotel and generally at the city. Also, the breakfast was incredible, very rich and all the staff is very helpful.

The hotel is very close to walking street about 3 minutes only it is great location, the hotel is really clean and the staff are excellent.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything we asked from reception we got immediately, the staff was super nice. The bed is comfortable, the shower is big and clean. The lobby is beautiful and the hotel bar is very nice. The location is very good for the price, close to Underground stations and close to the shopping area. Very quiet at night.

It is a great hotel in a fantastic location, just 5 minute's walk from 2 different metro lines. The hotel is nicely decorated with a lovely, warm staff that are willing to help at any time. Breakfast was nice, and there was a good variety of choices. Room was spacious, super clean and modern, bed was so comfortable. The vinyl records are a nice touch. I didn't find any record that I liked, but the surround system is good regardless, and you can connect it to your phone to enjoy your music. Yet there's no noise from other rooms or from the street.

We liked the location very central, close to two different lines of metro, ideal for shopping and site seeing. The bathroom is very good with enjoyable shower, the bed is comfortable and wide. Record player, tablet and television are available in the room. The room is very quiet when the window is closed. Many places to have breakfast very close to the hotel if you don’t wish to have your breakfast at the hotel every day.

The location was excellent for visiting Vienna. The music theme was quite quirky and different and the facility to borrow vinyl to play in the room was great. The rooftop bar is good and has a wonderful view. The Reception staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

I was impressed by the design and décor of both the hotel and the room. The place has a young and vibrant atmosphere. The customer service was exceptional, making it a fantastic value for money. The location is convenient, although next time I might prefer to stay in the first district as we found ourselves heading there daily. However, it's not a big issue since it's only a 10-minute ride with the U-Bahn station near the hotel. Additionally, it's very close to Mariahilfer shopping street, and there are many bars and pubs nearby.

The location was ideal—close to public transportation and within walking distance of many key attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day right. I also appreciated the hotel’s lively bar and rooftop area, which provided the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Jaz in the City is a perfect mix of style, comfort, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!”

When checking in, I had a choice between two rooms, and I chose one with a little terrace, and it was amazing. I absolutely loved the interior design of the room and hotel. It was amazing to have a good audio system, connected by default to the record player, but it's possible to connect to it by Bluetooth and play things from your gadgets. I appreciated a lot that they don't clean the rooms by default (only per request), because I'm ok with not changing my towels every day. In the rooftop bar, I particularly liked the cocktails, the view, and the live music on Thursday. They also sell very cute jewelry handmade by their housekeeping manager :)

Perfect location in very urban and cool area. The hotel is also very cool and with a relaxed atmosphere. I borrowed several records in the reception and enjoyed playing them on the record player in my room. The roof top bar has a great view of the city. There is also a bar on the ground floor. Staff is friendly and smiling. Public transport, shopping, restaurants, bars etc. are all very close to the hotel. And you can walk to many of the attractions and museums in Inner Stadt and Museum's Quartier. My room had a good size and was very quiet in the evening. And I enjoyed the coffee machine in the room.
