My stay at Jaz in the City Vienna was absolutely fantastic! The hotel’s modern design, vibrant atmosphere, and unique music-inspired theme made it stand out from the typical hotel experience. The rooms were stylish, spacious, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for exploring the city. The location was ideal—close to public transportation and within walking distance of many key attractions. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of fresh and high-quality options to start the day right. I also appreciated the hotel’s lively bar and rooftop area, which provided the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, Jaz in the City is a perfect mix of style, comfort, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!”

When checking in, I had a choice between two rooms, and I chose one with a little terrace, and it was amazing. I absolutely loved the interior design of the room and hotel. It was amazing to have a good audio system, connected by default to the record player, but it's possible to connect to it by Bluetooth and play things from your gadgets. I appreciated a lot that they don't clean the rooms by default (only per request), because I'm ok with not changing my towels every day. In the rooftop bar, I particularly liked the cocktails, the view, and the live music on Thursday. They also sell very cute jewelry handmade by their housekeeping manager :)

I borrowed several records in the reception and enjoyed playing them on the record player in my room. The roof top bar has a great view of the city. There is also a bar on the ground floor. Staff is friendly and smiling. Public transport, shopping, restaurants, bars etc. are all very close to the hotel. And you can walk to many of the attractions and museums in Inner Stadt and Museum's Quartier. My room had a good size and was very quiet in the evening. And I enjoyed the coffee machine in the room.

It is a great hotel in a fantastic location, just 5 minute's walk from 2 different metro lines. The hotel is nicely decorated with a lovely, warm staff that are willing to help at any time. Breakfast was nice, and there was a good variety of choices. Room was spacious, super clean and modern, bed was so comfortable. The vinyl records are a nice touch. I didn't find any record that I liked, but the surround system is good regardless, and you can connect it to your phone to enjoy your music. Yet there's no noise from other rooms or from the street.

The location is convenient, although next time I might prefer to stay in the first district as we found ourselves heading there daily. However, it's not a big issue since it's only a 10-minute ride with the U-Bahn station near the hotel. Additionally, it's very close to Mariahilfer shopping street, and there are many bars and pubs nearby.
